カートに表示されるのはお客様の国から購入できる商品のみです。

※ELECTRON公式オンラインショップのポイント付与・利用の対象外となります。
※ギフト包装には対応いたしかねます。
※一部、配送を承れない国・商品がございます。

■決済

WorldShippingへ商品代金等をお支払いいただきます。

■手数料

WorldShippingは「商品合計価格」に10％のサービス料を請求します。
弊社から商品をWorldShippingにお届け後、お客様には、国際配送料・その他手数料が記載された支払依頼書がWorldShippingから届きます。

※商品合計価格＝商品代金＋日本国内送料　となります。
※当該国の法律に基づき、別途関税が発生する場合がございます。

■キャンセル・変更

WorldShippingの購入代行サービスは、お客様の代わりにショップにて商品を購入するサービスのため、注文後のキャンセル・変更はできません。

■商品の保証・メンテナンス

WorldShippingをご利用した場合は、日本国内向けに適用される保証・メンテナンスは対象外となります。

｜Global Shipping Guidance(English)

WorldShopping is a proxy purchasing service that buys products on behalf of international customers and ships them worldwide.

■Order

①When accessing our website from overseas, the “WorldShopping Cart” will automatically appear.

②Please add the items you wish to purchase to the “WorldShopping Cart.”
Click the “Add to Cart” button on the WorldShopping banner to proceed to the purchase page.
Only products that can be purchased from your country will be displayed in the cart.

※WorldShopping cannot be used when accessing or placing orders from within Japan.
※Purchases made through WorldShopping are not eligible for ELECTRON Online Store points.
※Gift wrapping is not available.
※Some countries and products may not be eligible for international shipping.

■Payment

You will make the payment for your order directly to WorldShopping.

■Service Fees

WorldShopping charges a service fee of 10% on the “total product price.”
After our company delivers the products to WorldShopping, you will receive a payment request from WorldShopping that includes international shipping fees and any additional charges.

※Total product price = (Product price + domestic shipping fee within Japan).
※Depending on the laws of your country, customs duties may be charged separately.

■Order Cancellation or Changes

Because WorldShopping purchases items on your behalf through their proxy shopping service, cancellations or changes to orders cannot be made after the order is placed.

■Product Warranty & Maintenance

When using WorldShopping, warranty and maintenance services that apply to purchases within Japan are not available.
